Other Photographic Matters (OPM) is a group of six artists working at the intersection of photography and visual art: Birgit Matschullat, Els Kocken, Godelieve Krekelberg, Jasmijn Duterloo, Jessica Scholtes, and Mariëlle Gebben. Once a year, they come together for a group exhibition.
In the winter of 2025, OPM exhibited at Quartair, an artist-run platform for contemporary art in The Hague. For this exhibition, I created an installation combining selected works from The Unseen Imagines Itself, The Painters in Me, and Ultra Thin Conditions. The installation also included a sculpture made from a stack of probability paper, as well as text, lines, and thread.
